With a centralized SIP trunk, CNT SIP Connect enables any number of locations to be served – even across different area codes. You not only eliminate existing telephone lines, but also free yourself from the limitations of line-based billing. CNT SIP Connect allows you to use a demand-based number of simultaneous connections and creates maximum flexibility for scalable communications.

Support for modern codecs ensures excellent voice quality. Another quality factor is call completion probability, which clearly sets CNT SIP Connect apart from low-cost routing, especially for international connections. The T.38 protocol is available for reliable fax transmission. Emergency calling functionality is based on clear location assignment.

CNT SIP Connect is based on a fully geo-redundant infrastructure. All switching technology is operated in geographically separated data centers in parallel. In case of disruptions at network gateways, alternative routings are available that either activate automatically or allow at least a short-term change.

With daily access to updated connection data and flexibly configurable overviews by originating numbers, rates, and cost centers, you gain maximum transparency and control.

Your existing phone numbers remain intact. Standardized porting processes are the foundation for a smooth transition. For new locations, phone numbers from all area codes in Germany are available. For number blocks of up to 100 extensions, allocation usually occurs within one business day.

With flexible flat rate options, you have the ability to strategically manage your telecommunications costs. Choose flat rates for specific destinations and benefit from a clear cost structure. This way, you maintain oversight at all times and avoid unexpected charges – a practical option for companies that prioritize budget predictability and transparency.

CNT SIP Connect complies with the SIP standard and enables the connection of compliant PBX systems. Depending on the PBX, number signaling may need to be adjusted. Authentication can be performed via SIP account and/or IP address.

Emergency calling is mapped on a location-specific basis. Emergency calls can be routed correctly and transmitted to the responsible public safety answering points with the required location information. This supports a fast connection to the responsible emergency services when it matters – for legally compliant accessibility and reliable safety in business operations.

CNT is registered as a telecommunications provider in a total of 34 countries, including Germany, and connected to the respective telecommunications markets through international carrier interconnects. This regulatory and technical foundation enables local phone numbers, number allocation and porting, and reliable voice services for internationally operating companies.

With one International Trunk per country, any number of locations in that country can be integrated.
